Some odds and ends.
I finally managed to get up to date with Lost. It took four weeks to get through seasons one through five and the few episodes of season six that I had missed, but I am finally all caught up. Tonight I watched my first "live" episode. Shit is getting real.
In other, more bizarre news: The University of Mississippi is has plans to drop its current mascot, Colonel Reb, and might be replacing him with everyone's favorite Mon Calamari, Admiral Ackbar. I was positive that this had to be a joke until I read about it in the New York Times. Needless to say I have my fingers crossed for the Admiral. Nothing would get me more jazzed for March Madness than seeing a Star Wars character on the court. Holy shit, holy shit, holy shit.
